Trinity 2.0

Rebranded, Relocated, and Revamped

Challenge

Trinity

Trinity Building +Construction Management Corp. is a general contracting and construction management firm with a rich national presence.  The company provides a myriad of services to clients who range from the retail, to corporate and academic sectors.  While construction has been negatively labeled a $1 trillion industry full of “broken buildings and busted budgets,” Trinity is making headway as an innovative and hip company serving popular and growing retail and restaurant brands on time and on budget, including: J. Crew; celebrity Chef Bobby Flay; Old Navy; Levi’s; and Shrine Nightclub & Lounge at Foxwoods.  Hence, Trinity came to us with the task of rebranding and marketing itself as a fresh, contemporary building and construction management corporation, in a sea of traditional firms.

Response

  • Launched a graphic and web design rebrand, to mark Trinity’s five year anniversary.
  • Kicked-off PR campaign to announce full corporate rebrand, company relocation, and revamp, in celebration of Trinity’s five years in business.
  • Devised social media strategy, including tweets to the retail and hospitality industries, with the goal of online forwardability and cultivation of new relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Designed a new logo to communicate internal growth and improvement, as well as the team’s expansion into new markets.

Result

Spotlight was able to successfully help Trinity Building + Construction Management Corp. market itself to clients, who embody modern values, style and embrace change.  Trinity was recently recognized by the Boston Business Journal as #6 on their list of the 60 fastest growing private companies in Boston, Mass.  Trinity’s build out of the famed Oceana Restaurant in New York City earned the team a “Best of 2009 Project” award from McGraw Hill. Spotlight’s rebranding strategy has helped Trinity differentiate itself in a competitive field, and solidify its presence in new markets to poise the team for upward growth, just like those triangles in the logo.
