Commodore Builders is a unique general contractor and construction management firm that was founded in 2002. The company came to us as a relatively newcomer on the scene, to help them tell their story-there was a new, highly successful firm with a dynamic and fresh management approach to construction. Nevertheless, the firm was competing in a space historically dominated by larger and more traditional firms.

Result

As we helped tell Commodore's story and strengthen its brand, the company's sales began to rise and by 2007, exceeded $70 million. Recently the firm was ranked on Inc. Magazine's list of the nation's 500 fastest-growing private companies, the firm's president & CEO was featured in Inc. Magazine for his unconventional and out-of-the box approach to management. Commodore was recently named one of the Boston Globe's "Top 100 Places to Work," awarded the Boston Business Journal's "Pacesetters Award," as well as inducted into Junior Achievement's Boston Business Hall of Fame.
