Above and Beyond the Viral Market

Challenge

Spotlight is proud to announce that it has recently partnered with Wilbur Smith Associates, on behalf of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division. The preparation of the Statewide Economic Impact Study presents the opportunity for targeted messaging regarding the value that aviation, as well as the system of 38 public-use airports, provides to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Spotlight will help WSA and MassDOT to publicize the study’s results to its key shareholders via traditional PR, multimedia productions, web-based deliverables and social media networks. We will tap into networks such as YouTube, Twitter, and Flickr, to engage a new audience of MassDOT online users, particularly the 18-34 year old demographic. [More...]

Crew; celebrity Chef Bobby Flay; Old Navy; Levi’s; and Shrine Nightclub & Lounge at Foxwoods. Parsons is one of the world's largest engineering and construction organizations, providing technical and management solutions to federal, regional local government agencies and private industries worldwide. Parsons came to us with the task of developing a brand for the newly-formed Massachusetts Vehicle Check Program, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our challenge was to provide communications information to Massachusetts motorists and inspectors at over 1,600 stations, to help educate and inform them of the State's new auto emissions and safety inspection requirements. The Massachusetts Technology Collaborative is the State’s development agency for renewable energy and the innovation economy, which is responsible for one-quarter of all jobs in the state. MTC works to stimulate economic activity in communities throughout the Commonwealth.

Challenge

Spotlight was asked to help MTC develop a system to aid employees in the art of business writing. Spotlight also contributed to the rejuvenation of MTC’s Annual Report.
