Parsons is one of the world's largest engineering and construction organizations, providing technical and management solutions to federal, regional local government agencies and private industries worldwide. Parsons came to us with the task of developing a brand for the newly-formed Massachusetts Vehicle Check Program, on behalf of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our challenge was to provide communications information to Massachusetts motorists and inspectors at over 1,600 stations, to help educate and inform them of the State's new auto emissions and safety inspection requirements. Challenge
One of America’s most celebrated and respected media personalities, Tavis Smiley is the award winning host, “Tavis Smiley” on PBS and “The Tavis Smiley Show” from PRI. Smiley and his company, the Smiley Group approached Spotlight Communications to create a viral marketing campaign to promote his 4-CD compilation, “On Air: the Best of Tavis Smiley on The Tom Joyner Morning Show 2004 – 2008.” Tavis made a regular radio appearance on the Tom Joyner Morning Show twice a week for twelve years. Our challenge was to develop new ways to connect his pre-existing radio audience, as well as develop a new younger online fan base to the Internet, to help virally spread news about the product. Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits is the world’s second-largest quick-service chicken franchise, and has opened more than 1,800 restaurants. The local Popeyes franchisee brought us on-board to help them develop a strategy for their southern style restaurant’s entry into the Boston food market. The campaign challenge was to attract area college students, employees, and Red Sox game attendees, while competing with other nearby food chains. [More...]

Spotlight was asked to help MTC develop a system to aid employees in the art of business writing. Spotlight also contributed to the rejuvenation of MTC’s Annual Report.
